In memory of Professor Jaroslav Vicar, 1946 - 2010

BestEd is sad to announce the passing of Professor Jaroslav Vicar. He was the Assitant Head to the English Programme at Faculty of Medicine, Palacky University in Olomouc. Professor Vicar was the person in charge of administering the entrance exam in Malaysia to students who wished to continue their medical studies at the faculty in 2006 and 2007. He also taught the students Chemistry at the faculty.

BestEd is very indebted to Professor Vicar for his hard-work in making the admission process for our students a success these past few years. He has also gone out of his way to make sure the students feel at home and comfortable in Olomouc. We will miss his kindness and jovial presence. We express our condolences to his family, our thoughts are with them.
