- All three (3) faculties are listed under the 'Czech Republic' heading
The degrees are also recognised by the Malaysia Public Service Department (JPA). You can check the information as follows :

- In the 'Field of Study' (Bidang) box, choose 'Medicine' (Perubatan)
- In the 'Country' (Negara) box, choose 'Republic of Czech'

INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION
- MUDr from these Czech medical faculties are recognized in the European Union (EU), North America and other countries in Europe, Africa and Asia, including Malaysia.
- The General Medicine Council (GMC) in the United Kingdom (UK) accepts this degree as a primary medical qualification for medical graduates to apply for registration. Click here for more info
- MUDr holders are also eligible to apply for the two-year foundation programme which was newly introduced by GMC for students planning to do postgraduate medical training in the UK. Click here for more info
- The three Czech medical faculties featured on this website are listed in the Avicenna Directory (formerly the WHO Directory of Medical Schools) and in the Directory of Post-Secondary Institutions published by the United States (US) Department of Education.
RECOGNITION IN SINGAPORE
- The degree (MUDr) is not listed in the Annex A (List of medical schools in the revised schedule) under the revised list of recognized foreign universities & medical schools of the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
- Medical graduates from the Czech faculties featured in this website would have to apply to SMC to sit for a qualifying examination.
